Account Executive – New Business Sales (Czech Republic)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Executive to drive new‑business revenue for SINGU in the Czech Republic. The role focuses on enterprise‑level, multi‑site deals in the real‑estate and facilities‑management sector, from initial discovery through to signed contract.

Key responsibilities

• Own a defined territory and named‑account set, building pipeline through business development, marketing and partner activities.
• Qualify opportunities to MEDDICC standards, develop quantified business cases and negotiate commercial terms.
• Manage multi‑stakeholder, multi‑country deals valued £25k‑£100k, ensuring multi‑threading and price protection.
• Deliver accurate forecasts, maintain stage integrity and hand over won accounts to Customer Success for expansion.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B software or complex technology sales experience, consistently meeting new‑business quotas.
• Background in real‑estate, logistics, retail or facilities‑management markets, with knowledge of commercial property owners or operators.
• Proven record of over‑performance, strong pipeline creation and ability to articulate end‑to‑end deal processes.
• Fluent English and at least one additional language relevant to the territory.
• Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
