CAE Simulation Engineer – Thermal & CFD

About the role

Join OPmobility as a CAE Simulation Engineer, focusing on thermal and CFD analyses to support product development for the next generation of mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform CAE simulations and analysis, emphasizing thermal and CFD studies.
• Create and evaluate 3D computer simulations to support product development.
• Analyze heat transfer, airflow, and thermal behavior within designs.
• Prepare technical reports and present results to development and manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams, providing inputs for simulation analyses.
• Participate in design reviews and give technical feedback based on simulation outcomes.
• Support the improvement of internal CAE methods, processes, and tools.
• Utilize Siemens FloEFD and other CAE tools for thermal and CFD analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Previous experience with CAE simulations, CFD, or thermal analysis.
• Proficiency in working with 3D models and computer simulation tools.
• Fluent English for daily communication; Czech or Slovak language required.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new methods, tools, and technologies.
