Demi Chef de Partie – Breakfast & Night

About the role

Join the culinary team at Augustine Hotel Prague, a historic 13th‑century monastery turned luxury hotel. As a Demi Chef de Partie you will support breakfast and night service, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and taste for our discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen team in preparing and plating high‑end breakfast dishes and late‑night menu items.
• Maintain consistency and quality during independent service periods, including early mornings and night shifts.
• Handle food preparation with premium seasonal ingredients while adhering to luxury standards.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and fully compliant with food safety regulations.
• Continuously develop culinary techniques under the guidance of senior chefs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef.
• Flexibility to work breakfast and night shifts with strong self‑organization.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and improve.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a fast‑paced team.
• Basic proficiency in English and/or Czech for daily interactions.

Required skills

• Experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to prepare and plate dishes to luxury hotel standards.
