Front Office Host

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and friendly Front Office Host to join the Front Office Team at Andaz Prague, a luxury lifestyle hotel located in the historic Sugar Palace. In this highly visible position you will create memorable arrival and departure experiences, assist guests throughout their stay, and embody the Andaz spirit of creativity, authenticity, and care.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Process payments, billing transactions and maintain accurate guest records.
• Verify guest documentation in line with local regulations and Hyatt policies.
• Promote hotel services, facilities and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, transportation and services.
• Recognize and utilize guest preferences to personalize each stay.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to stay calm, professional and service‑focused in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays and night shifts.
• Positive attitude, strong team‑player mentality and proactive approach.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Opera PMS (preferred).
