About the role

Join the vibrant team at W Prague as an In‑Room Dining & Mix Bar Server, delivering friendly and professional service to hotel guests in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take room service orders by phone, answer menu questions and enter orders accurately into the MICROS/POS system.
• Communicate special requests, allergies and dietary requirements to the kitchen and promote menu items for upselling.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Process payments, follow cash‑handling procedures and complete closing reports.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, adhere to company policies and collaborate with other departments.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills with professional telephone etiquette.
• Good English language proficiency.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, dependability and integrity.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and stand for extended periods.
• Capability to lift or carry items up to 10 pounds.
