Lead Cyber Security Architect

About the role

The Lead Cyber Security Architect will play a critical role in shaping and delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions across the Resideo organisation. In this high‑impact position you will drive innovation in security architecture while ensuring protection of products, systems and data.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a thought leader in cyber security, championing best practices and innovative solutions that enhance the organisation’s security posture.
• Monitor and anticipate future security trends, influencing and adapting security strategies to remain robust.
• Develop and implement reference security architectures that align with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deploy advanced security controls, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior cybersecurity professionals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a lead cyber security architecture role or 6+ years progressive experience in cyber security architecture.
• In‑depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to lead indirect reports by influence.
