Recruiter for Medical Sales & Medical Affairs

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a proactive Recruiter based in the Czech Republic to lead talent acquisition for Medical Sales and Medical Affairs functions across Europe. You will partner with hiring managers to attract top‑quality candidates for roles such as Medical Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, MSLs, Medical Advisors, and Patient Support specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned medical sales and affairs positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define vacancy requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring cycle.
• Ensure ATS data is accurate and complies with Czech labour legislation and company policies.
• Support pipeline development for ongoing hiring needs and monitor recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Background in healthcare, life sciences, or related sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical sales and/or medical affairs roles.
• Fluent English; Czech and other European languages are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining compliance data.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
