Research Technician / Practical Nurse (Flexible Day Hours)

About the role

This position supports Phase I clinical studies by performing both technical and non‑technical procedures on study participants. The role is part‑time with flexible day hours, up to 20 hours per week, and may include day or night shifts as needed. You will work in an office and clinical environment, interacting directly with subjects and study staff.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct automated vital‑sign measurements and electrocardiograms.
• Perform blood and urine collections according to study protocols.
• Assist subjects with walks, safety monitoring, and other non‑technical tasks.
• Maintain accurate study‑specific data and documentation.
• Follow all required personal protective equipment (PPE) procedures.
• Support additional duties as assigned by the study team.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational qualification preferred.
• Minimum A2 level proficiency in Czech language.
• Ability to be trained in Phase I technical procedures.
• Professional attitude when interacting with subjects and staff.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.
