SAP HCM Payroll Consultant – Czech Speaking (Remote)

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant who is fluent in Czech to join its remote team serving clients in the Czech Republic. The consultant will be responsible for end‑to‑end payroll configuration, testing and support for automotive supplier projects.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP HCM Payroll for the Czech Republic, including payroll schema, PCRs, wage types and off‑cycle payroll runs.
• Ensure statutory compliance with Czech tax, social security, employment law and reporting obligations.
• Configure payroll components such as wage types, valuation, tax deductions, social contributions and bank‑transfer interfaces.
• Support master‑data integration with Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and Time Management.
• Conduct unit testing, UAT, integration testing and regression testing during upgrades or support‑package implementations.
• Provide post‑production support, incident resolution and performance tuning of payroll processes.
• Prepare and validate payroll results, control reports and statutory files for submission.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of HR process experience with at least two full‑cycle SAP Payroll CZ implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead or mentor a team.

Required skills

• SAP HCM Payroll (Czech configuration)
• Knowledge of SAP HR tables (PA, PB, PY, PT)
• Experience with SAP OSS notes for legal changes
• Familiarity with BSI/third‑party payroll interfaces
• Payroll testing (unit, UAT, integration) and performance tuning
