Scrum Master – Prague, Czech Republic

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join its delivery team in Prague. You will guide one or two Scrum teams, ensure the Scrum framework is applied correctly, and help the teams continuously improve their delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coach the team on Agile values, principles and Scrum practices.
• Facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments and protect the team from external disruptions.
• Track sprint health, metrics and ensure delivery predictability.
• Support PI Planning and cross‑team dependency management when operating in a scaled environment (SAFe).
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and promote Agile adoption across the organization.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of overall experience with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master (senior level may require 12+ years).
• Proven ability to manage one or two medium‑complexity Scrum teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (e.g., PSM, CSM) and preferably SAFe certification.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience with Agile coaching and impediment removal.
• Ability to work effectively with product owners, stakeholders and leadership.
