Seasonal Remote Customer Care Representative (French)

About the role

Notino, a fast-growing Czech beauty and health e-shop with operations in 27 European countries, is hiring a seasonal Customer Care Representative with French for the busy Black Friday and Christmas period, from October to December. The job is fully remote and part-time, offering flexible shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Support French-speaking customers by phone, email and chat.
• Answer customer questions and provide information about orders.
• Process orders received by phone and monitor their status.
• Ensure smooth delivery and a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• French at B2 level or higher, written and spoken.
• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00.
• Residence in the Czech Republic.

Required skills

• Own laptop running Windows 10 or newer.
• Functional, regularly updated antivirus software.
• Stable internet connection of at least 10/10 Mbit.
• Monitor of at least 14.1" with Full HD resolution.
