Senior Audit Analyst – Brno/Ostrava

About the role

Join PwC’s expanding Audit team as a Senior Audit Analyst based in Brno or Ostrava. You will lead small audit groups, manage complex engagements for Czech and international clients, and develop innovative solutions that enhance audit quality.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure audit documentation meets PwC and regulatory standards from start to finish.
• Perform audit tasks including issue identification, data analysis, and drawing informed conclusions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating insightful discussions.
• Delegate tasks, coach junior team members, and optimise audit efficiency.
• Collaborate across PwC teams, manage differing views, and provide consulting as needed.
• Develop innovative solutions to continuously improve audit quality.
• Manage engagements with senior leadership and guide junior staff toward high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of auditing or accounting experience.
• ACCA qualification in progress or a strong interest in pursuing it.
• Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
