Sourcing & Procurement Specialist with German

About the role

We are looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Specialist fluent in German to manage end‑to‑end spot buying requests and support cost‑reduction initiatives for our Brno office. The role combines supplier negotiation, quotation analysis and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to-end spot buying requests, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services.
• Conduct RFQs, evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery conditions.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships while monitoring performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with requestors, finance, logistics and operations to resolve procurement issues.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and identify sourcing opportunities for cost reduction.

Required profile

• Approximately 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing or supply chain.
• Fluent in English and German at C1 level.
• Higher education background.
• Experience with procurement and ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa or Oracle.
