Head of Finance Automation/ AI Agentification

About the role

Finance at Rohlik is being rebuilt to run on AI, with live agents handling payments, invoices and cash allocation. As Head of Finance Automation/AI Agentification you will own the end‑to‑end AI agenda, turning existing experiments into the operating model for the whole Group.

Key responsibilities

• Own the AI and automation strategy across finance, from design to measured impact.
• Lead process redesign, mapping current state and creating an agent‑first future state.
• Drive cross‑functional programmes across Finance, Tech and Operations, ensuring delivery beyond your direct reports.
• Set baselines, assign owners and enforce deadlines for every workstream.
• Build and ship AI‑assisted agents or API integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Rossum, n8n) when it accelerates delivery.
• Grow and mentor the current three‑person team while raising AI fluency across the finance function.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance transformation or automation programmes, preferably from consulting or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of finance processes such as close, reporting and forecasting.
• Hands‑on comfort with AI tools and building agents, even without being a software engineer.
• Track record of setting baselines, owning outcomes and communicating early when timelines slip.
• Fluent English; Czech is a plus.
