HR Administrator (French & English) – 12‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Amazon is looking for an HR Administrator fluent in French and English to support its regional centre. The position can be based in our Prague office or performed remotely from anywhere in Poland, Slovakia or the Czech Republic. You will help ensure accurate time‑keeping, payroll processing and employee data management across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and analyse HR reports to aid work planning and management.
• Enter, modify and extract data using HRIS systems.
• Partner with site managers to verify payroll accuracy through audits and proactive measures.
• Support workforce management by ensuring headcount data is correct.
• Monitor time‑and‑attendance compliance, generate reports and flag irregularities.
• Answer employee HR queries and assist with retention activities.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in HR administration, payroll or compensation processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with site teams across several countries.
