HR Administrator (French & English) – Fixed-term 12 months

About the role

Amazon is looking for a bilingual HR Administrator to support its regional center in Central Europe. The position can be based in Prague or performed remotely from anywhere in Poland, Slovakia, or the Czech Republic. You will help ensure accurate payroll, time‑keeping, and employee data across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and analyse HR reports to aid work planning and management.
• Enter, modify, and extract data using HRIS systems.
• Partner with site managers to audit payroll, verify headcount, and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor time‑and‑attendance records, flag irregularities, and ensure timely payment.
• Answer employee HR questions and support retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Comfortable working with multiple sites and cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can handle confidential employee information.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms for data entry and reporting.
