International Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to drive growth across global markets, build long‑term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on sales execution in a technical B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an international sales strategy to expand the company’s footprint.
• Identify, acquire and manage new customers and markets worldwide.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors and partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Analyse markets, competitors and customer needs to uncover opportunities.
• Prepare offers, negotiate contracts and support successful project delivery.
• Represent the company at international events and customer meetings.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts and business development activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international B2B sales, business development or key‑account management.
• Background in manufacturing, engineering, industrial technologies, automation or related technical sectors.
• Strong track record of developing new business and managing strategic customer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Strategic, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently on multiple international projects.
• Fluent in English (C1) and Czech; additional languages are a plus.
• University degree is an advantage.
