Quality Assurance Specialist – Process Governance & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a structured and well‑organized Quality Assurance Specialist to join our global team. The role focuses on bringing structure to processes, coordinating projects and working with stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support process governance by helping owners document processes and ensure global requirements are applied.
• Assist the Quality Management System, ISO certification activities and internal audits.
• Coordinate global projects such as tool implementations, migrations and digital/AI initiatives.
• Maintain reporting, documentation and KPI tracking for governance and compliance activities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in process management, quality, governance, compliance or audits.
• Strong, detail‑oriented approach to documentation and independent work style.
• Excellent English communication skills for collaboration across countries.
