Sales Representative – Vegetable Seeds (Czech & Slovakia)

About the role

Join Syngenta Vegetable Seeds as a Sales Representative responsible for open‑field vegetable growers across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You will act as the primary link between growers and our innovative seed portfolio, providing technical advice and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share in the assigned territory.
• Provide agrotechnical advice, helping growers select the most suitable seed varieties.
• Organise training sessions, field days and meetings to demonstrate new technologies.
• Coordinate and supervise trial plots of new varieties directly on growers’ fields.

Required profile

• Higher education in horticulture, agriculture or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of the agricultural/horticultural sector and agrotechnics.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Communicative English and fluent Czech or Slovak.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
