Senior Finance/Accounting Automation Specialist

About the role

Rohlik is building a new automation‑focused team within its Shared Service Centre. As a Senior Finance/Accounting Automation Specialist you will translate finance processes into scalable automation solutions, working across Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, invoicing, payments and reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Map end‑to‑end finance processes and identify repetitive, error‑prone activities.
• Design and implement automation logic using internal AI agents and workflow tools.
• Test automated outputs, validate accounting logic and ensure reliability.
• Support rollout and adoption of solutions across finance teams.
• Monitor automated processes, troubleshoot issues and continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, especially P2P, OTC, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Proven experience in finance process improvement, ERP implementation or automation projects.
• Ability to work independently, create structure in a developing environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
