Business Support Specialist (Part-Time, 30h/week)

About the role

NielsenIQ, a consumer intelligence company, is looking for a part-time Business Support Specialist in Prague (30 hours per week). The role covers regional meetings, fleet management, travel and expense reporting, and event coordination, using SAP Ariba and Concur.

Key responsibilities

• Regional meetings: organise about five meetings a year (25-35 people), book hotel rooms, issue visa invitation letters and arrange conference rooms, refreshments and lunches, and manage invoicing in SAP Ariba.
• Fleet management: check and enter invoices in Ariba, coordinate a fleet of 22 cars (including 3 pool cars) with Arval and dealers, arrange maintenance and repairs, and monitor mileage.
• Concur support: help colleagues and new employees with travel and expense reports, buy flights and hotels and arrange visas.
• Events: organise the Nielsen Football Cup (about 800 participants), townhalls, team meetings, client and staff events, and the Retail Summit, including invoicing and payment processes.
• Marketing materials: order promo materials from an external agency and process payments.

Required profile

• Fluent English (at least B2) and native Czech.
• High school education.
• Proven experience as a Business Support Specialist, Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and discretion with confidential information.
• Valid driver's licence.
