BO Performance Excellence & Quality Associate

About the role

NielsenIQ is looking for a BO Performance Excellence & Quality Associate in Prague, a member of the core Data Acquisition (DA) Operations team. The role delivers high-quality, standardised back-office services, executing daily operations according to established processes, Service Level Agreements and corporate standards. It works closely with the DA Leader, Data Acquisition Back Office colleagues and the Data Acquisition Centre of Excellence and Transformation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute back-office processes and transactions according to SOPs and timelines, delivering accurate, timely outputs to internal stakeholders across supported markets while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Carry out activities according to standardised processes and escalate deviations, inefficiencies and recurring issues to the Delivery Leader.
• Act as the day-to-day operational contact for Data Acquisition teams, vendors and local commercial and operational teams, and collaborate across functions and countries.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with legal, financial and data protection regulations in the supported country.
• Propose improvements and support testing and rollout of new tools, systems and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or relevant vocational qualification; a background in business administration, operations, finance or a related field is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in back-office operations, shared services or administrative operations; multi-country experience is an advantage.
• Experience in a multicultural, cross-border environment.
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak, with good written and verbal English.
