Employee Experience Expert (BNFL)

About the role

AB InBev is looking for an Employee Experience Expert (BNFL) to join its People Team. You will support HR operations across Belgium, Luxembourg, France and the Netherlands, ensuring a seamless employee journey from hire to retire while maintaining compliance with local labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Execute core People processes such as hiring, onboarding, leave management, organizational changes and internal mobility for the Benelux & France markets.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, government agencies and stakeholders to deliver processes in line with labour legislation and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and keep audit‑ready documentation.
• Provide ongoing employee support, guiding staff through onboarding, off‑boarding and any legislative updates.
• Lead change‑management activities related to process updates, new ways of working, or legal changes, including communication and guidance.
• Monitor labour‑law developments and support the implementation of related policy updates.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives to boost automation, quality and overall employee experience.
• Analyse KPIs, flag risks and propose enhancements.
• Support or lead additional People projects aligned with the country People agenda.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience working with HR processes in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong understanding of Belgian, Luxembourg, French and Dutch labour regulations.
• People‑first mindset with excellent communication skills.
