Talent Acquisition Specialist (Czech speaker) – Onsite in Plzeň

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high‑volume hiring in our Plzeň office. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle and delivering an excellent experience for hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, delivering quality hires against timelines and service levels.
• Partner with hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment strategies, market insights and hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Administration teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Lead vacancy intake, develop recruitment plans, sourcing strategies and interview processes.
• Support hiring managers with candidate selection, offer recommendations and negotiations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment across multiple vacancies.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with high attention to detail and compliance focus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies.
