Key Account Manager (Healthcare FMCG)

About the role

Opella is looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships with major customers in the self‑care and OTC market. Based in Prague, you will combine commercial insight with a customer‑centric approach to make health simpler, smarter and more human.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute profitable business plans for assigned accounts, meeting financial and brand objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving issues and fostering sustainable partnerships.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through collaborative engagement and seamless channel integration.
• Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing to translate category insights into compelling sales narratives.
• Lead or support special projects such as in‑store innovations, product launches, and new‑revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of customer‑facing experience in sales, category management, retail buying or similar roles.
• Experience in OTC or FMCG environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to analyse market and shopper data to build commercial arguments.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and entrepreneurial mindset.

Required skills

• Fluent Czech and advanced English communication.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Solid understanding of P&L optimisation and business‑plan development.
