Payroll & HR System Specialist

About the role

As a Payroll & HR System Specialist you will ensure that our HR systems and data processes run smoothly, securely and support the strategic direction of the business. You will work closely with the People and Payroll teams across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary, turning data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee SuccessFactors and related HR systems, guaranteeing accurate data and seamless user support.
• Produce high‑quality HR reporting and analytics, delivering clear KPIs and decision‑making support.
• Design and implement analytics solutions, improve system workflows and assist with technical upgrades or rollouts.
• Maintain data quality through regular audits, trend analysis and proactive risk identification.
• Provide training, communication and expert guidance to People and Payroll teams on system updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as a Data Analyst, HR Analyst or in a similar analytical or systems‑focused role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into analytical questions and practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Czech, both written and verbal.
