Style Manager (Housekeeping) – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Style (Housekeeping) Manager to lead the daily housekeeping and laundry operations at W Prague, a vibrant lifestyle hotel in the heart of the city. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency across all guest rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping and laundry activities, ensuring timely completion.
• Inspect guestrooms and public spaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Coordinate room assignments, supplies, equipment, and uniform distribution.
• Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Address guest concerns promptly and deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor budgets, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance within the team.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of housekeeping or related experience, or a relevant 2‑year hospitality/business degree.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Customer‑focused, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced luxury hotel environment.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations.
