Receptionist / Host – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for a Receptionist (m/f/d) to join our team in Prague, providing warm, professional guest experiences in our city‑center properties.

Key responsibilities

• You welcome guests on arrival and support a smooth, friendly check‑in experience.
• You handle guest requests and complaints with empathy, applying effective service recovery techniques.
• You provide local recommendations on restaurants, transport, and sightseeing.
• You manage the Property Management System (PMS), updating room status and guest profiles.
• You collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• You contribute to creating a unique, memorable property experience and drive positive guest reviews.

Required profile

• High School Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English and Czech (written and spoken); Ukrainian, Russian or other European languages a plus.
• 1‑2 years of hospitality operations experience, preferably front‑office.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Confident in conflict resolution with partners and guests.
• Comfortable using project‑management software and quick to learn new tools.
