Team Leader for Internal and External Cooperation

About the role

ABB is looking for a Team Leader to manage internal and external cooperation across production units. The role ensures timely delivery, capacity optimisation, and quality of supplies while developing relationships with partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate projects between internal production units and external suppliers.
• Ensure smooth material and information flow across the supply chain.
• Lead, develop and motivate a team of cooperation coordinators.
• Optimise use of internal and external production capacities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners.
• Monitor supplier performance (OTD, quality, flexibility, cost).
• Participate in selection and evaluation of new partners.
• Track orders from issuance to delivery and identify capacity risks.
• Prepare management reports based on defined KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with masters, technology, purchasing and project management departments.

Required profile

• Technical secondary education.
• Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and abroad.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills.
• English at a communicative level (minimum B2).
• Driving licence category B1.
• Responsible and proactive attitude.
