Territory Manager – Surgery (North Moravia)

About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Manager for Surgery to drive sales of MedTech solutions in North Moravia. You will build relationships with surgeons, hospitals and key opinion leaders to expand the adoption of innovative surgical technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Visit doctors, specialists and hospitals regularly within the assigned region.
- Educate customers on product portfolios and provide technical support during surgeries.
- Prepare sales plans, tender offers and reports, and monitor market competition.
- Collaborate with KAM, SM and PM to develop regional sales strategies.
Required profile
- High school or university degree.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Proven sales experience with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and a valid driving licence.
Required skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical skills for territory analysis and reporting.
What we offer
- Base salary between Kč665,000 and Kč1,030,400 per year.
