Sales Support Specialist

About the role

ABB is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to assist the assigned sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process. You will act as a key technical resource, preparing product descriptions, cost estimates, and final documentation while supporting sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Offer technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers, channels, and sales specialists about ABB products and systems.
• Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine optimal technical solutions that meet customer needs.
• Provide technical support during meetings, product presentations, and negotiations, and deliver product‑related training.
• Support the sales organization in preparing demanding offers and identifying cost‑effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and B&P teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering (minimum).
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and act responsibly.
