Account & Campaign Manager

About the role

At Rohlik Group we operate a fast‑growing Retail Media ecosystem across five markets. We are looking for an Account & Campaign Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of advertising campaigns for Germany, Austria, Czechia, Hungary and Romania, working closely with Media Sales, advertisers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect assets, validate, schedule and launch campaigns in the Rohlik Ads system across web, app and mobile platforms.
• Monitor live campaigns, troubleshoot issues and ensure performance aligns with KPIs.
• Serve as the primary post‑sale contact, providing weekly performance updates and end‑of‑campaign reports.
• Analyze campaign data, extract insights and recommend optimisations and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, creative and product teams to improve operational processes and product features.
• Support financial reconciliation and invoicing with accurate campaign data.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign or account management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail and timely execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising workflows and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and organisational skills.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting data and driving actionable insights.
• C1‑level English and native Czech or Slovak (written and spoken).
