Marketing Campaign Manager – CEEMEA & APAC

About the role

As our Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll drive digital consumer engagement across LEGO® owned digital channels. You will develop and execute campaigns and content for LEGO.com, LEGO.com/kids, fan marketing, the LEGO Builder app, the LEGO Play app and magazine experiences. Working closely with global and regional teams, you will localise campaigns, publish content, optimise performance and turn insights into action.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver regional digital campaigns across multiple platforms and markets.
• Balance global campaign direction with local market needs and nuances.
• Identify content trends and translate them into engagement opportunities.
• Optimise digital content and campaigns through performance insights.
• Increase engagement across owned digital channels.
• Strengthen integration between owned digital experiences and broader marketing initiatives.
• Support local market requirements while maintaining alignment with global campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end digital marketing campaigns across multiple markets and regions.
• Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships across global, regional and local teams.
• Ability to lead and develop campaign strategy and translate global direction into locally relevant activations.
