Backend / Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Backend / Full Stack Developer to join our Creative Factory team in Brno. You will help build and maintain the image and video template editors behind ROI Hunter, including new GenAI features such as image generation and background removal.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship new backend features using Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Fix bugs and reduce technical debt across the Creative Factory platform.
• Contribute to the frontend using React and TypeScript as the team expands to full‑stack coverage.
• Conduct code reviews for both backend and frontend contributions to avoid bottlenecks.
• Leverage AI coding tools in daily development while ensuring code quality and ownership.
• Explore and improve a relatively new codebase with limited documentation.

Required profile

• Passion for data, rapid execution and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing tech environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Brno part of the week and remotely the rest.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
