Business Development Manager – Pure Storage

About the role

Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and partner engagement for its Pure Storage portfolio. You will act as the primary liaison between Pure Storage, Arrow, and channel partners, developing strategic plans and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Pure Storage business plan aligned with vendor and distributor objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across the Pure Storage portfolio.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new Pure Storage‑focused channel partners and resellers.
• Maintain executive‑level relationships with Pure Storage and lead regular business reviews.
• Deliver business development workshops, training sessions and sales enablement activities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting and provide regular business updates to management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, vendor or partner management.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Strong relationship‑building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent commercial acumen and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with Pure Storage solutions or a leading enterprise technology vendor.
• Understanding of indirect sales models and distribution ecosystems.
