Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Transcarent is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst I to transform data into actionable insights that support better business decisions. This early‑career position offers the chance to work with multiple data sources, develop interactive dashboards, and deepen expertise in SQL, data visualization, and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and ad‑hoc requests.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver meaningful analytics solutions.
• Present data insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues, identify root causes, and implement scalable fixes.
• Create reusable reporting components, including calculations, metrics, and KPIs.
• Work with data warehouses and cloud‑based platforms to integrate multiple data sources.
• Manage multiple projects, communicate progress, and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and navigate ambiguity.
