Creative Designer – 3D Modeling & Visualization

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Designer to produce high‑quality 3D models and visualisations for products, installations and objects. The role combines artistic sketching, digital modelling and hands‑on realisation, supporting both internal product development and external exhibitions in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models and renderings using Rhino, Blender, 3ds Max or similar tools.
• Develop visual concepts from initial sketches through to final production and installation.
• Collaborate with the studio team on creative projects, exhibitions and research initiatives.
• Assist with technical coordination, production planning and on‑site installation.
• Contribute to the design of in‑house prototypes and product concepts.

Required profile

• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a small, creative team.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Interest in artistic and innovative projects with an international dimension.

Required skills

• Proficiency with 3D modelling software – preferably Rhino, Blender or 3ds Max.
• Competence in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Basic rendering knowledge using V‑Ray, KeyShot or Twinmotion.
• Familiarity with parametric modelling (e.g., Grasshopper) is a plus.
