Customer Care Specialist – German Speaking

About the role

At Rohlik, Customer Care is a core pillar of our brand. As a Customer Care Specialist you will be the front‑line contact for our customers, handling phone, email and chat interactions, especially the more complex cases that cannot be resolved by AI.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email, phone and chat (inbound and outbound).
• Resolve requests such as delivery time or address changes, item modifications, and contact detail updates.
• Assist customers when orders are late, deliveries have issues, or complaints arise.
• Coordinate with couriers to ensure successful and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Procurement and other internal teams to solve problems quickly.
• Provide accurate product and service information and capture customer feedback.
• Compensate complaints with credits within defined limits.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or other customer‑facing roles.
• Advanced German language skills (written and spoken); English or Czech/Slovak also required.
• Strong communication abilities and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Resilience under stress and ability to handle conflict calmly.
• Quick learner comfortable with basic tools such as Google Workspace.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
