About the role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join act digital’s software solution development team. In this role you will help the company monitor and improve its software development processes by turning raw data into clear, actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and map software development processes to identify key stages, workflows, and inefficiencies.
- Define and track project milestones and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to monitor process performance.
- Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and management teams to understand data needs and support decision‑making.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Required profile
- Proven experience in analyzing software development processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Ability to extract, structure, and map data from Azure DevOps.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
