E-Commerce Creative Strategist (Czech Market)

About the role

Natulim, a fast‑growing European eco‑cleaning brand, is seeking a highly creative, performance‑driven professional to lead its growth in the Czech Republic. You will turn consumer insights into advertising concepts that boost sales and shape the brand’s creative system.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze campaign and creative performance to identify winning angles, hooks, formats and messages.
• Generate new creative hypotheses based on data, consumer trends, competitors and Czech culture.
• Write creative briefs and collaborate with internal teams, creators and partners to produce ads.
• Test and iterate on creative concepts, building a scalable system for continuous idea generation.
• Track acquisition and performance KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV) and link creative performance to ecommerce conversion.
• Identify funnel friction points and propose actions to improve overall performance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable creative insights.
• Deep understanding of the Czech consumer and local market trends.
• Business‑oriented attitude focused on driving measurable growth.
• High level of autonomy and ownership in a remote‑first environment.

Required skills

• Shopify platform experience.
• Paid media advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Data analysis for marketing performance.
