Brand Manager Executive

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced marketer to take ownership of our brands in the Czech and Slovak markets and help grow them within the world’s largest food company.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate marketing activities in the respective portfolio mix.
• Brief and manage work with marketing agencies, creating new packaging and marketing campaigns.
• Lead product development and launch, overseeing the process from factory to consumer.
• Manage the brand portfolio to ensure it stays up‑to‑date and relevant to consumers.
• Monitor market trends, analyse consumer behaviour, competition and product performance to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing or a related position.
• University degree in marketing or a related field.
• Very good command of English.
• Creative, proactive and strong drive.
• Excellent time and project management skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Active knowledge of Excel.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data.
