Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager leads the culinary and beverage experience across six outlets at Fairmont Golden Prague, ensuring an elevated, luxurious experience for guests while driving profitability and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and direct all food and beverage operations across six outlets, ensuring guest service excellence and profitability.
• Develop and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual financial outlooks, analyse trends and implement strategies to maximise revenue.
• Lead capital projects, menu development, wine list creation and promotional initiatives for each outlet.
• Coach and develop F&B leaders and teams, fostering a culture of belonging, integrity and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with operating controls, Forbes and LQA standards and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years progressive management experience in hotel, restaurant or bar operations, preferably with international exposure.
• Creative, dynamic and passionate about food and beverage with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team‑player attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Czech language is a plus.
• European passport.

• Understanding of general accounting principles and ability to analyse financial data.
