Events Coordinator – Luxury Hotel

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate a wide range of events.
• Communicate with clients and manage their enquiries, requirements, and requests.
• Collaborate closely with all hotel departments and external suppliers.
• Prepare event schedules and coordinate all required services.
• Oversee events on‑site, ensuring smooth execution and handling any last‑minute changes or requests.
• Manage event‑related administration and evaluate completed events.

Required profile

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A client‑focused approach and professional manner.
• Independence, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility and the ability to remain calm and solution‑focused in challenging situations.
• Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or customer service.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic.
