About the role

We are seeking a Lead Mobile App Developer to drive the creation of high‑quality Android and iOS applications used by customers worldwide. Based in Czechia and working remotely, you will combine hands‑on engineering with technical leadership to shape our mobile product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Define technical strategy, architecture, and coding standards across mobile projects.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure best‑practice implementation.
• Integrate external data sources, APIs, and third‑party services.
• Write and maintain robust unit tests and monitor live performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of engineering excellence.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to guide technical decisions.
• Passion for delivering reliable, high‑performing mobile experiences.
