Learning & Development Project Manager CZ & SK

About the role

Shape the future of learning across Deloitte Czech Republic and Slovakia. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, Talent stakeholders and HR teams, translating business priorities into impactful development solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the Learning & Development agenda across the Czech Republic and Slovakia, acting as the primary contact for L&D topics.
• Lead strategic learning projects, including leadership development, professional skills programs and AI capability‑building initiatives.
• Design and facilitate workshops and learning experiences in Czech and English, managing end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Oversee relationships with learning providers, ensure high‑quality delivery and manage budgets.
• Lead the AI learning agenda, promote AI fluency, monitor participation and evaluate impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR project management or related fields.
• Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing decisions.
• Strong project‑management, facilitation and communication skills in both Czech and English.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to evaluate learning impact.
• High ownership, accountability and self‑management.
