Night Receptionist (Moonlight Agent)

About the role

As a Moonlight Agent you are the face of W Prague during evening and overnight hours, delivering bold, personalized service and creating memorable experiences from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs and provide tailored recommendations, handling inquiries, concerns and special requests.
• Process check‑ins and check‑outs, manage reservations, verify payments, ensure billing accuracy and assign rooms based on preferences.
• Handle cash, balance the cash bank and follow accounting, safety and emergency procedures while protecting guest privacy.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and other teams, maintaining professional communication and appearance standards.

Required profile

• Charismatic, confident and service‑driven personality with strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive mindset and flexibility to work night shifts.
• EU nationality or work permit for the Czech Republic and a valid EU driving licence.
