Night Receptionist (Moonlight Agent) – Prague

About the role

As a Moonlight Agent you will be the face of W Prague during the evening and overnight hours, delivering bold, personalized service that reflects the brand’s Whatever/Whenever® philosophy. You will manage guest arrivals and departures, respond to requests, and ensure smooth night‑time operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Process check‑ins and check‑outs, verify payments, assign rooms and maintain accurate billing.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and special requests, including VIP service.
• Prepare shift reports, maintain logs and balance cash/bank transactions.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Follow safety, emergency and confidentiality procedures.

Required profile

• Charismatic, confident and service‑driven personality.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Flexibility to work night shifts.
• EU nationality or work permit for the Czech Republic and a valid EU driving licence.
