Penalty & Promo Senior Specialist (French/Dutch)

About the role

The Penalty & Promo Senior Specialist supports AB InBev's commercial finance function in Prague, ensuring accurate invoicing, accruals and discount management across French and Dutch markets. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to prevent financial surprises and drive process efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end process for promo invoice booking and monitor related deductions.
• Review contracts, ERP records, accruals and invoices to ensure accurate invoicing and accrual bookings.
• Map invoices to corresponding accruals and validate outstanding accruals calculated by FP&A.
• Perform daily controls through an early‑warning system, analysing gaps in open orders related to pricing, discounts and taxes.
• Execute month‑end closure, quarterly controls and yearly final settlement activities.
• Initiate periodic and year‑end customer reconciliations.
• Review existing processes, identify gaps and support improvements that increase team efficiency.

Required profile

• Fluent English; French or Dutch highly desirable.
• At least 1 year of business or finance experience (e.g., FP&A, revenue management, dispute management, audit or control).
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Understanding of accruals processes and discount management.
• Experience working with commercial stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
