Finance Data Analyst

About the role

The Finance Data Analyst will support financial planning and analysis for brewery and logistics operations, ensuring accurate reporting, variance analysis, forecasting and budgeting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate and analyse monthly performance results in line with company policies.
• Support data collection, validation and system uploads for the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve financial reports and dashboards to increase accuracy and automation.
• Assist the FP&A Manager in creating presentation decks for senior management.
• Partner with Business Units FP&A and PPM teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and financial visibility.
• Identify and drive process‑improvement opportunities within FP&A operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align operational and financial objectives.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree in accounting, business, economics or a related field.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within industrial or logistics environments.
• Ability to work in a process‑oriented, multicultural organization with a high sense of accuracy.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving skills, and comfortable meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, team orientation and openness to change.
