Project Procurement Manager – End-to-End Project Supply

About the role

You will own end‑to‑end procurement delivery for assigned projects, covering the full lifecycle from bid phase through hand‑over, execution and close‑out. The role ensures cost‑effective, timely supply of materials and services while safeguarding safety, quality and total cost.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project procurement plans and schedules aligned with project milestones.
• Manage the complete procurement process: sourcing strategy, RFx, supplier selection, negotiations, purchase orders and contract execution.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, handling quality, onboarding, qualification, non‑conformances, risks, delays and claims.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Sales, Logistics and Legal to deliver procurement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, export controls, due‑diligence, sustainability and internal policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of procurement experience in engineered products, services or project‑based environments.
• Strong knowledge of project procurement processes, RFx, bid evaluation, supplier quality, logistics and Incoterms.
• Proven ability to manage supplier contracts, claims, variations and commercial risks.
• Excellent communication in Czech/Slovak and English, with a customer‑focused, proactive attitude.
